Casa Slbritt – Parador

Our lovely townhouse Casa Solbritt is located in the quiet and well-kept association Bajamar II on Calle Ramón y Cajal in Nerja’s best area Parador. From Casa Solbritt you are close to everything, both to the beach and to the center. It is only 500 m to Playa Burriana and about 10 min walk, without any slopes, to the Balcón de Europa and the old town.

In the vicinity of Casa Solbritt there are many good restaurants, bars, shops and much more e.g. on Playa Burriana’s pleasant promenade. Despite its central location, Casa Solbritt is quiet and peaceful without any disturbing surroundings. You can actually not live better than this!

Casa Solbritt offers two separate accommodations in the same property The House and The Studio. The house is rented weekly with changeover day Saturdays. The studio, on the other hand, is only rented out long-term and for periods longer than two months.

The House

The house, which has been recently renovated, is 84 sqm on 2 levels and offers a total of 4 beds (5 beds for a small surcharge) + a large roof terrace.

On the 1st floor there is a large newly renovated (2022) living room with AC and a connecting outdoor terrace in a southern location, a complete and fully equipped and newly renovated (2022) kitchen in open plan with i.a. induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a newly renovated (2018) fresh and nice guest toilet.

Floor 2 consists of two newly renovated (2020) bedrooms with AC in both bedrooms and with a total of 4 beds (new beds and mattresses of high Swedish standard). Floor 2 also has a large fresh and newly renovated (2018) bathroom with a shower, toilet and heating.

The house also has its own private and fresh newly renovated (2020) roof terrace of about 30 sqm with sun from morning to evening and with a view of the area’s communal pool and terrace. Between the rooftops you can also see the sea. The roof terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers and has a new exclusive gas grill from Broil King.

The house is fully equipped and has i.a. a new washing machine, a new Samsung 43 ″ 4K smart TV with access to more than 190 TV channels and Chromecast Ultra. Furthermore, the House has fast and free Wi-Fi/Internet over fiber.

The Studio

The apartment, or the Studio as we call it, is our slightly simpler rental object 2-3 steps down from the ground floor and offers a total of 3 beds.

The Studio has a newly renovated (2018) kitchen and a newly renovated (2018) shower room/toilet with underfloor heating and new furniture. The Studio is 52 sqm has AC and consists of 1 large living room, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and an extra bed. Furthermore, the Studio has a new washing machine, TV with Chromecast and fast and free Wi-Fi/Internet over fiber.

The Studio is only rented out long-term and for periods longer than 2 months. Contact us for availability and price information!

Garden

Casa Solbritt has its own garden of 43 sqm with new Spanish-inspired garden furniture that residents in both the House and the Studio can enjoy. Of course you can also use the area’s common terrace by the pool.

Pool

The area’s communal pool approx. 10 m from the House is free to use whenever you want during the day and early evening (not open during the winter season).

NOTE! No smoking or pets are allowed either in the House or in the Studio.

⭐️ Newly renovated

Casa Solbritt regularly undergoes renewal and renovation to varying degrees. All for our guests and our own holiday experience to be as fantastic as possible.

In April 2022, we completed a very large and extensive renovation of the entire ground floor of Casa Solbritt the House. We laid a new tile floor in the entire ground floor of the house. We installed a completely new kitchen with i.a. a new induction hob, a new oven and microwave and a new fridge/freezer. We also installed new lighting and mounted spotlights in the ceiling, repainted and much more throughout the ground floor.

In 2020, we completed a very large and extensive renovation where the entire roof terrace and the entire second floor were renewed. Among other things, we have laid completely newly tiled floors both on the roof terrace and on the 2nd floor. Furthermore, we installed new furnishings and lighting, repainted and invested in new beds and mattresses of a high Swedish standard.

In 2018, we completely renovated all bathrooms and toilets in both the House and in the Studio. Everything became completely new, fresh and modern in these rooms. At the same time, the kitchen in the Studio was completely renovated with completely new furnishings, tiles, white goods and everything else. Both Huset and Studion also received new furniture in 2018.
